The Jabra Link 265 USB To QD Training Cable provides users with an effective way to train and monitor agents.
The USB Y-Training cable connects two Jabra QD headsets to one PC. Both USB and QD connection points provide a fast way to connect and disconnect, ideal for quick training sessions and hot desking.
A Mute function enables trainers to stay muted or join the conversation. Other features include integrated DSP technology, HD Wideband Voice support and SafeTone Technology.
