Shipping policy

Incom’s main market objective is to support all its customers with a full service. This can include delivery, logistics, plain wrap shipment, installation, and maintenance of products. Should you require any other form of service, we would be happy to provide such service wherever possible. Over 95% of deliveries are dispatched using one of our next-day couriers.

Nationwide Delivery — European/Worldwide Delivery

Incom is able to offer multiple worldwide delivery options. We can provide courier packages, palletised, bulk, or containerised shipments. More details on request.

Where stock is available, orders placed before 4.30 pm will be dispatched the same evening, and orders placed after this will be dispatched the following working day.

Order Dispatch
Unless otherwise specified, products will be dispatched by next-day courier with full track, trace, and POD service available.

Timed Delivery
A next-day timed delivery service and weekend service are also available on request at supplementary cost.

Offshore Delivery
For Northern Ireland and offshore islands, there is an additional charge, pricing is available on request.

Free Delivery

We offer FREE standard UK delivery on all orders above £50 ex VAT to addresses located with the UK mainland. Excludes overseas, pallet deliveries and oversize products such as acoustic hoods and telephone cabinets. 

All parcels are insured by Incom up until time of delivery.

If there is a prolonged delivery delay due to unavailability of stock the customer will always be notified when delivery is to be expected.
