The EPOS IMPACT 1000 MS UC is a premium wireless Bluetooth headset, with Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), designed for professionals who demand exceptional call clarity, all-day comfort and distraction free communications. The New IMPACT 1000 MS UC series replace the now legacy IMPACT 1030, 1060 and 1061 Headsets.
This model (MPN: 1001593) comes with a wireless charger and supports native Bluetooth technology, this allows you to connect the headset directly to your computer without the requirement of a Bluetooth USB Dongle. A total of 3 simultaneous connections are supported, so you can take calls from a smartphone and seamless switch to your softphone (PC/Laptop/Mac), or another Bluetooth device when required.
Powered by EPOS s advanced BrainAdapt technology and and EPOS AI voice processing, the new IMPACT 1000 series delivers industry-leading voice pickup technology, ensuring you stay sounding professional even in the busiest of offices.
The new IMPACT 1000 Series are certified for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Open Office, and pending a future firmware update will have Mircrosoft Teams support for Native Bluetooth. They're also certified for leading UC platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, Google Voice, Unify and Cisco Webex.
Smart features including wearing detection (answer calls by putting headset on), lift-to-mute boom arm functionality, 360 busylight indicators, and Talk Through mode. These smart features enhance productivity while reducing interruptions.
